Cavo audio ShiverPeaks BS10002 1,5 m DIN 5 poli nero

The ShiverPeaks BS10002 1.5m DIN 5-pin Black audio cable provides a straightforward connection solution for equipment that uses 5-pin DIN interfaces. Constructed with high-quality copper conductors and nickel-plated contacts, the cable is designed to deliver reliable signal transmission while resisting contact corrosion. With a 1.5 m length and identical male DIN (5-pin) connectors on both ends, it is suitable for linking compatible audio devices in home or studio setups where a robust, simple analog connection is required.

Advantages

The cable’s copper conductors offer low-resistance signal paths to preserve audio integrity. Nickel-plated contacts improve durability and reduce the likelihood of contact degradation over time. The 1.5 m length provides moderate reach for typical desktop, rack or small-studio connections without excess cable clutter. The black jacket provides a neutral, professional appearance that integrates easily with other audio equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting audio devices with 5-pin DIN inputs and outputs
• Home audio systems and vintage equipment repair or maintenance
• Small studio or live setups requiring short interconnects
• Signal routing between preamplifiers, mixers and audio processors with DIN connectors

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector type: Male DIN 5-pin on both ends
• Conductor material: High-quality copper
• Contact finish: Nickel-plated contacts
• Product colour: Black

How to use

Identify the DIN 5-pin sockets on the devices you intend to connect and ensure both units are powered off before making connections. Align the male DIN connector pins with the corresponding socket and insert gently until fully seated. Avoid forcing the connector to prevent bent pins. After connection, power on equipment and verify signal flow. For removal, hold the connector body and pull straight out to avoid stressing the cable or device socket.

Recommendations

Use the ShiverPeaks BS10002 cable for short, reliable analog connections; avoid tight bends near the connector ends and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources such as power transformers or unshielded power cables to maintain signal quality.
