Cavo da installazione Equip Cat.6 U/UTP, LSZH, rame a filo pieno, 100 m

The Equip Cat.6 U/UTP 100m Grey installation cable is a solid-conductor network cable designed for structured cabling and in-wall or trunking deployments. Constructed from solid copper conductors with an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket and U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) construction, this 100-meter cable supports Cat6 performance for Ethernet applications such as Gigabit and Fast Ethernet while offering a neutral grey appearance for professional installations.

Advantages

This Cat.6 U/UTP cable provides consistent electrical characteristics thanks to its solid copper cores and adherence to category 6 specifications. The LSZH outer sheath reduces hazardous smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire, improving safety in indoor installations. Supplied on a 100 m reel and without pre-attached connectors, the cable is flexible for termination to various RJ45 jacks or patch panels and minimizes interference through its twisted-pair design.

Suitable for

• 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet links
• 100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet
• Structured in-wall and ceiling cabling
• Termination to patch panels and keystone jacks

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Conductor type: Solid copper
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Length: 100 m
• Colour: Grey
• Connectors: None (sold as cable only)
• Weight: 3.69 kg

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the 100 m reel, then strip the outer jacket and prepare the pairs for termination following T568A or T568B wiring standards. Terminate the solid conductor to compatible keystone jacks, patch panels or modular connectors rated for solid Cat6 wire. Ensure proper cable routing and secure fixing in conduits or trunking, keeping separation from strong electrical sources to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, terminate using tooling and components rated for solid Cat6 cable, maintain proper bend radius during installation, and follow local cabling regulations. Use the cable for fixed horizontal runs rather than frequent flexing or patch cord applications.
