Cavo di rete EFB Elektronik 3m Cat6 RJ-45 U/UTP giallo

The EFB Elektronik 3m Cat6 RJ-45 U/UTP Yellow networking cable is a 3 metre patch lead designed for Ethernet connections up to Gigabit speeds. It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends, U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall unshielded construction) cabling compatible with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks, and a bright yellow jacket for easy identification in cabling runs. Gold-plated contact surfaces on the plugs help maintain reliable contact and reduce contact resistance for consistent signal transmission.

Advantages

This Cat6 patch cable offers standardized performance for structured cabling and supports Gigabit Ethernet applications. The 3 m length provides flexibility for desk-to-patch-panel or switch-to-device connections without excess slack. The yellow jacket improves visibility and cable management in mixed installations. The use of quality testing and production standards ensures consistent manufacturing and adherence to relevant safety and quality norms.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops, printers and network devices to switches or patch panels
• Office and home network patching where a 3 m cable is appropriate
• Temporary or permanent structured cabling where color-coding simplifies identification

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts on plugs
• Product colour: Yellow

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your device and the other to a switch, router or patch panel port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance. For best results, use the cable within its specified length and in environments matching the intended cabling class.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, keep the cable away from power lines and high-current equipment to reduce potential interference. Use color-coded cables like this yellow Cat6 lead to maintain clear cable organization in racks and workspaces. If installing in permanent structured cabling, follow local installation standards and test each link with appropriate network testers.
