Cavo di rete EFB Elektronik Cat6 S/FTP 1 m, RJ-45–RJ-45, 1000 Mbit/s, grigio

EFB Elektronik Cat6 S/FTP 1m networking cable in grey designed for Gigabit Ethernet connections. The cable meets Cat6 standard with a 250 MHz rating and supports 1000 Mbit/s data transfer. It uses S/FTP (S-STP) shielding with 4 twisted pairs AWG27/7 in PiMF configuration and has a diameter of 5.9 mm. Both ends are fitted with shielded Hirose TM21 RJ45 plugs compliant with IEC 60603-7-5 and a mounted red strain relief with latch protection.

Advantages

The cable provides shielded pair and overall braid protection (S/FTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference, enabling reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance. Flame retardant and low-smoke, halogen-free sheath meets IEC 60332-1, IEC 61034 and IEC 60754-2 standards for enhanced safety in enclosed spaces. Pre-terminated Hirose TM21 RJ45 connectors ensure secure, standard-compatible terminations.

Suitable for

• Wiring of Gigabit Ethernet devices and network switches
• Patch panel connections in server rooms and data cabinets
• Short-range workstation and office patching (1 m)

How to use

Connect each RJ45 Hirose TM21 plug to the corresponding port on networking equipment. Use this 1 m crossover cable where a direct device-to-device link or specific wiring assignment is required. Ensure ports are powered down if specified by device manufacturers before unplugging or plugging to avoid transient issues.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable; use the mounted strain relief to secure the connector and maintain shielding continuity. Verify compatibility of Hirose TM21 RJ45 connectors with your devices and test links with appropriate network testing tools after installation.
