Cavo di rete EFB Elektronik MK7001.30O RJ-45 Cat6a 30 m arancione

The EFB Elektronik MK7001.30O RJ-45 Cat6a networking cable is a 30 m orange S/FTP patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet applications. It supports 10GBase-T cabling technology and data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s while using gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to maintain stable contact and reduce corrosion. The cable's S/FTP shielding architecture improves signal integrity in environments with potential electromagnetic interference and its distinctive orange jacket simplifies identification and cable management in racks and installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding of this Cat6a cable provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded alternatives, supporting reliable transmission at higher frequencies. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors deliver consistent electrical contact and resistance to oxidation, reducing the chance of connection issues. The 30 m length covers medium to large runs without the need for additional splices, and the bright orange colour helps with visual tracing and organised cabling in structured networks.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in data centers and server rooms
• Office LAN wiring and structured cabling installations
• Network switches to patch panels and active equipment links
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference that require shielded cabling

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Data transfer rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Shielding type: S/FTP (overall shield with individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cable length: 30 m
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Route the cable between network devices ensuring bend radii are not exceeded and avoiding tight kinks. Terminate each end in RJ-45 ports on switches, patch panels or network interfaces; gold-plated connectors plug into standard RJ-45 jacks without additional adapters. For optimal performance, keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines and sources of electromagnetic noise, and avoid running it parallel to power cables over long distances.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for links that require 10GBase-T performance or where enhanced shielding is necessary. Verify that both endpoints and intermediate hardware support 10 Gigabit operation for maximum throughput. Store coiled cables loosely to prevent deformation and inspect connectors for debris before insertion to maintain reliable connections.
