Cavo di rete Goobay CAT 5-1000 UTP RJ-45 10 m Rosso

The Goobay CAT 5-1000 UTP networking cable is a 10 m red Ethernet patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It is an unscreened twisted pair (UTP) cable wired according to the EIA/TIA 568 pair-sequence standard and features molded connector housings with strain relief and gold-plated contacts for reliable contact and reduced corrosion.

Advantages

This CAT5e-style cable supports fast data transmission up to Gigabit Ethernet speeds, provides stable connections thanks to the standardized pair sequence, and offers improved connector durability through molded strain relief and gold-plated contacts. The red color helps with visible cable identification in installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers within a LAN
• Patch panel to network device connections
• Home and small office network wiring
• Temporary or permanent Ethernet runs where color coding is useful

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Cable type: UTP (unscreened twisted pair)
• Wiring: pair-sequence according to EIA/TIA 568
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, molded with strain relief
• Contacts: gold plated
• Color: Red

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet ports of the devices you wish to connect (for example, PC to switch or router). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical strain; use cable clips or ties as needed to secure the run.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the UTP cable parallel and close to power lines or high-interference sources. Use the cable for up to Gigabit Ethernet connections; if shielded cable is required for high-interference environments, choose an appropriate screened cable instead.
