Cavo di rete Lanberg PATCHCORD KAT.6A S/FTP LSZH CU 1M rosso

The Lanberg PATCHCORD KAT.6A S/FTP LSZH CU 1M Red is a shielded Cat6A patch cable designed for reliable high-speed network connections in constrained spaces. Constructed with S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil‑shielded pairs) the cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable data transmission. The LSZH jacket limits smoke and halogen emissions for safer indoor installations, while the 1 meter length and red jacket make it suitable for short interconnects and clear visual identification in racks and workstations.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction provides enhanced protection against external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, which improves signal integrity in environments with multiple cables and electronic equipment. The LSZH outer jacket minimizes toxic and corrosive gases in case of fire, meeting safety preferences for indoor installations. A copper conductor ensures consistent conductivity and durability, and the compact 1 m length reduces excess cable clutter in tight setups. The red color facilitates fast identification of specific links or VLAN segments.

How to use

Insert one RJ45 connector into the network port of the device and the other into the switch, patch panel or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated to make a reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain the natural jacket curvature and avoid kinking. For installations in high‑EMI environments or where grounding practices are required, follow local grounding and cable management procedures to preserve the shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short, high‑performance links where shielding and low smoke properties are important. Keep cable length within recommended limits for Cat6A channels, avoid tight bundles with power cables, and use structured patch panels and proper labeling to maintain organized and maintainable network infrastructure.
