Cavo di rete LogiLink 1,5 m Cat.6A RJ-45 S/FTP giallo

The LogiLink 1.5m Cat.6A RJ-45 S/FTP networking cable is a 1.5 metre shielded patch cable designed for high-speed wired networks. It uses AWG 26/7 bare copper conductors with S/FTP (PIMF) construction and an LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket. The cable meets industry standards including ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and TIA/EIA 568-C.2 and supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding with pair-wise foil and overall braid provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. The AWG 26/7 bare copper conductors ensure reliable signal transmission for Gigabit and higher-speed connections. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and toxic gas emission in case of fire, which is suitable for installations in public or confined spaces. The 1.5 m length and yellow colour make the cable easy to identify and position within a patch panel or desktop setup.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in data centres and server rooms
• Desktop or office workstation connections to switches or routers
• High-speed Ethernet applications up to 10 Gbit/s
• Environments requiring reduced-smoke cabling (LSZH)

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6A
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Conductor: Bare copper AWG 26/7
• Shielding: S/FTP (pair foil + overall braid, PIMF)
• Jacket: LSZH (low smoke zero halogen)
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288, TIA/EIA 568-C.2
• Colour: Yellow
• Weight: 60 g

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices (switch, router, network card or patch panel). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and excessive tension on the cable and maintain recommended bend radius per installation guidelines.

Recommendations

For stable 10 Gbit/s operation, minimise cable length runs beyond the intended 1.5 m patch use and avoid routing alongside large power cables to reduce potential interference. Use the yellow colour to mark and trace specific network segments or connections in patch bays.
