Cavo di rete ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP CCA PVC giallo 15 m

The ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP CCA PVC Yellow 15M network cable uses copper-clad aluminum (CCA) strands with an AWG of 26 to provide an economical Ethernet connection. The 15 m cable features U/UTP construction, RJ-45 connectors on both ends and gold-plated contacts for improved contact reliability. Its bright yellow PVC jacket increases visibility in installations and the design supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

The cable combines cost-effective CCA conductors with durable PVC insulation and strain relief to reduce connector stress. Latch protection on the RJ-45 plugs prevents accidental disconnection and gold-plated contacts improve resistance to corrosion and contact wear. The cable's 15 m length and yellow colour simplify routing and identification in patching environments.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in home and small office networks
• Patch panels and wall ports where visible cable routing is preferred
• Connections for devices supporting 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

Key specifications

• MPN: V-5UTP-15Y, EAN: 5714590010800

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, PC) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; use cable ties or clips for neat installation.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines or near sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations or environments requiring higher shielding and conductivity, consider cables with solid copper conductors and appropriate shielding.
