Cavo di rete ShiverPeaks 75711-HG-SET10 Cat6 S/FTP PIMF, confezione da 10

ShiverPeaks 75711-HG-SET10 Cat6 S/FTP PIMF, 10‑pack is a set of ten Cat6 network patch cables designed for structured cabling and Gigabit Ethernet connections. Each cable features screened foiled twisted pairs (S/FTP) with pair-in-metal-foil (PIMF) shielding to reduce near-end crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. The set is intended for professional and residential network installations where reliable data transmission and reduced interference are required.

Advantages

The S/FTP PIMF design combines an overall screen and individual pair foil shields to improve signal integrity and minimize crosstalk between pairs. Sold as a 10‑pack, the set ensures consistent cable quality and uniform color coding for multi-point deployments. Halogen-free materials lower the risk of toxic gas emission in case of fire, and the cables are manufactured to meet the electrical and mechanical characteristics expected from Cat6 class cables suitable for Gigabit Ethernet.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections in offices and home networks
• Structured cabling in server rooms and wiring cabinets
• Patch panels, switches and wall outlets requiring Cat6 performance
• Professional installations where reduced electromagnetic interference is needed

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding type: S/FTP with pair-in-metal-foil (PIMF)
• Pack quantity: 10 cables
• Material property: halogen-free
• Typical application: Gigabit Ethernet and structured cabling

How to use

Connect one end of a ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP cable to the Ethernet port of a switch, router or network device and the other end to the corresponding port on the target device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and that cable routing avoids running parallel to high-voltage power lines or strong sources of electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations, secure cables with appropriate cable management accessories and maintain bend radius recommendations typical for Cat6 cabling to preserve performance.

Recommendations

Use these cables in pairs with compatible shielded connectors and properly grounded patch panels or outlets to maintain shield continuity. For best performance in multi-cable installations, keep cable bundles organized and avoid tight bends; verify link speed and signal integrity after installation.
