Cavo di rete ShiverPeaks 75711-HR-SET10 Cat 6 S/FTP PIMF, 4 coppie, cavo dati ad alte prestazioni

ShiverPeaks 75711-HR-SET10 Cat 6 S/FTP PIMF, 4-pair, high-performance data cable is a shielded Category 6 network cable engineered for reliable Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed data transmission. The S/FTP structure provides an overall foil shield with individually foiled or braided pair-level screening (PIMF), minimizing near-end crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. The cable’s four twisted pairs and consistent impedance control make it suitable for structured cabling in offices, server rooms and residential networks where stable wired connections are required.

Advantages

The cable offers enhanced signal integrity through pair-level shielding and an overall shield that together reduce interference from adjacent cables and electronic equipment. Its Category 6 performance supports higher bandwidths and lower error rates compared with lower-category cables. The construction follows halogen-free materials, improving safety in confined spaces, and the cable is optimized for use with shielded connectors and patch panels to maintain end-to-end shielding continuity.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections in office and home networks
• Server room and rack cabling where shielded infrastructure is required
• Structured cabling projects that demand consistent pair performance and reduced crosstalk
• Environments with nearby electronic equipment or industrial interference

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 6 (suitable for Gigabit Ethernet)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield plus individually shielded pairs, PIMF)
• Conductor pairs: 4 twisted pairs
• Material properties: halogen-free jacket
• Impedance: 100 Ω (nominal, suitable for structured cabling)
• Application: horizontal and patch cabling for data networks

How to use

Install the cable following standard structured cabling practices: route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic fields, maintain bend radius recommendations, and terminate using compatible shielded connectors and panels to preserve the cable’s S/FTP shielding. Test link performance after installation with appropriate certification or verification tools to confirm signal integrity and compliance with Cat 6 parameters.

Recommendations

For best performance, use shielded RJ45 connectors and properly bond the overall shield to the building earthing system; avoid running the cable in extreme temperature conditions and keep separation from high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference.
