Cavo di rete ShiverPeaks BS08-35044 rosso 3 m Cat7 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-35044 Red 3m Cat7 U/UTP is a 3-metre network cable designed for high-speed wired connections. It uses Category 7 specification wiring with U/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to support data transfer rates up to 10,000 Mbit/s. The cable’s construction targets reduced crosstalk and EMI, making it suitable for demanding home and office network environments that require stable, high-bandwidth links.

Advantages

The cable delivers Category 7 performance in a flexible 3 m length, providing high bandwidth and low signal loss. U/UTP shielding reduces external electromagnetic interference while the gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure reliable mating and corrosion resistance. The red outer jacket improves cable identification in structured cabling installations and the overall build emphasizes durability and consistent performance for wired Ethernet connections.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• High-speed internet connections for home and office networks
• Linking switches, routers and networked devices requiring Gigabit or 10 Gigabit Ethernet
• Temporary or permanent structured cabling where clear cable identification is needed
• Workstations, gaming PCs, NAS devices and media streamers demanding stable wired links

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 3 metres
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall foil with unshielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Maximum data rate: up to 10,000 Mbit/s
• Color: Red

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the RJ-45 port of your network device (router, switch, PC or NAS) and the other end to the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure contact. For best performance, avoid sharp bends, kinks and close parallel runs alongside high-voltage power cables. Use the 3 m length to bridge short distances without excess cable slack.

Recommendations

For optimal throughput, use this Cat7 cable with network equipment that supports Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid coiling tightly; inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if the jacket or plugs show wear.
