Cavo di rete ShiverPeaks BS08-35084 rosso 15 m Cat7 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-35084 Red 15m Cat7 U/UTP networking cable is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for reliable wired connections in home, office and data center environments. It supports data transfer speeds up to 10000 Mbit/s and is built with U/UTP shielding to reduce external electromagnetic interference. The cable is terminated with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for improved contact and corrosion resistance, and its 15 meter length provides flexibility for connecting devices across larger rooms or between racks.

Advantages

This Cat7 U/UTP cable offers high bandwidth capacity suitable for Gigabit and 10 Gigabit networks while maintaining backward compatibility with lower-speed Ethernet standards. The U/UTP construction reduces crosstalk and environmental noise without requiring individual pair shielding, making it easier to route and bend. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure consistent signal transmission and a durable contact surface. The red jacket provides easy visual identification in cable bundles and network installations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in small offices, server rooms or home networks
• High-speed data transfer between switches, routers and workstations
• Network patching in structured cabling where visual identification is helpful
• Temporary or permanent installations requiring a 15 m cable length

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Length: 15 m
• Shielding type: U/UTP (overall shield, unshielded pairs)
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Conductor type: twisted pairs (four pairs)
• Jacket color: red

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the RJ-45 port of your network device (switch, router, modem or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until a click is felt to secure the latch. When routing the cable, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks to preserve signal integrity; maintain a gentle bend radius and keep the cable away from strong electrical noise sources where possible. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management accessories such as cable ties, trays or clips to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat7 cable within its specified length and environment: avoid running alongside high-voltage power lines, keep termination points free of dust and corrosion, and verify connector seating during installation. When linking to equipment rated for 10 Gbit/s, confirm device compatibility and settings to achieve the expected throughput.
