Cavo di rete ShiverPeaks BS75512-SLV viola 2 m Cat7 U/FTP STP

The ShiverPeaks BS75512-SLV Violet 2m Cat7 U/FTP STP is a 2-meter network patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office environments. Built to the Cat7 standard, this cable provides increased bandwidth capacity and improved signal integrity. The violet jacket helps with visual identification in cable runs, while the U/FTP (STP) shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for more stable connections. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

This Cat7 cable supports high bandwidths up to 600 MHz and is constructed with U/FTP shielding to limit external interference and internal crosstalk. The 2 m length is convenient for short to medium patch connections between switches, routers, patch panels or wall outlets. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve conductivity and long-term durability. The violet color provides easy identification in multi-cable installations without affecting performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting network switches, routers and patch panels in offices and data closets
• High-speed Ethernet links for desktop, server or NAS connections
• Cable management in rack or structured cabling where color-coding is useful
• Home networks requiring reduced interference for streaming and online gaming

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Category: Cat7
• Shielding: U/FTP (shielded twisted pairs with overall shielding)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Frequency support: up to 600 MHz

How to use

Choose an appropriate path between network devices and avoid tight bends or sharp kinks when routing the cable. Insert each RJ-45 connector fully into the corresponding port until it clicks to ensure a secure mechanical and electrical connection. For best performance, keep the cable separated from power lines and high-interference sources. If running multiple cables, use color-coded routing to simplify maintenance and identification.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, maintain bend radius greater than four times the cable diameter, avoid excessive pulling force on the connectors, and terminate both ends with compatible RJ-45 ports rated for high-speed Ethernet. Use the violet color to label or map network segments for easier troubleshooting and inventory control.
