Cavo Ethernet ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 7 m arancione

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable (RJ-45, 7 m, orange) is made from copper-clad aluminium (CCA) strands with AWG 26 conductors and a PVC jacket. It includes RJ-45 connectors with gold plating, strain relief and latch protection to secure connections and improve durability. The cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and a data transfer rate up to 1000 Mbit/s, suitable for typical home and office networking needs.

Advantages

This ProXtend CAT6 cable offers a cost-effective alternative to pure copper cables by using CCA conductors while maintaining compatibility with Gigabit Ethernet standards. The cable’s U/UTP construction reduces external interference, RJ-45 connectors with gold plating ensure reliable contact and the integrated strain relief and latch protection increase mechanical robustness during installation and regular use.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches in home networks
• Office desktop and small LAN setups
• Patch panel and wall outlet connections
• Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T) links up to rated length

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Connector: RJ-45 – RJ-45, gold plated
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor: Copper-clad aluminium (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Jacket material: PVC
• Color: Orange
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Weight: 0.16 kg

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (PC, router, switch or wall outlet). Ensure the latch clicks into place to secure the connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For patching through panels or keystone jacks, verify port numbering and test the connection after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines and keep cable length within the specified 7 m. Use this CCA cable where cost-effective wiring is acceptable; for installations requiring maximum conductivity and long-term signal integrity, consider pure copper (solid copper) cables.
