Cavo in fibra ottica DeLOCK LC a SC multimodale OM3 1 m

The DeLOCK Optical Fibre Cable LC to SC Multi-mode OM3 1 m is a 1-metre multimode fibre patch cable with a 50 µm core diameter, designed for full-duplex data transmission between networking devices. It connects equipment such as switches, media converters and other fibre-capable devices, providing a standard OM3 multimode link for high-speed network applications.

Advantages

This LC to SC OM3 cable supports full-duplex communication and a 50 µm core for reliable multimode performance. The 1 m length offers a compact, tidy connection between nearby devices. Compatibility with common LC and SC ports ensures straightforward installation in networking racks, switches and media converters.

Suitable for

• Connecting a switch to a media converter
• Patching between fibre transceivers with LC and SC interfaces
• Short-range multimode links in data centres and telecom closets

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered down or ports are active according to your site procedure. Align and insert the LC connector into the LC port and the SC connector into the SC port until each connector clicks or seats firmly. Verify link status on connected devices to confirm successful connection. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and keep fibre endfaces clean before mating.

Recommendations

Store and route the cable to prevent sharp bends and mechanical stress; clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before installation. Use this OM3 multimode cable for short to medium multimode links where LC to SC connectivity is required.
