Cavo in fibra ottica duplex ST/ST InLine 81502O 50/125µm OM3 2m

The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable ST/ST 50/125µm OM3 2m is a multimode fiber patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in network environments. With a 50 µm core and OM3 specification, the cable supports full-duplex communication via ST connectors on both ends and is intended for short- to medium-range optical links in data centers, server rooms, and LAN installations.

Advantages

This OM3 multimode duplex cable provides low-loss signal transfer and stable full-duplex performance. The ST/ST connector pair enables easy, tool-free mating with equipment that uses bayonet-style ST ports. The 2-meter length offers flexible placement without excess slack, and the standardized 50/125 µm geometry ensures compatibility with common multimode transceivers and patch panels.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and transceivers in LAN and data center patching
• Multimode optical links for server-to-switch or switch-to-switch connections
• Short- to medium-distance fiber runs within buildings and telecommunication cabinets

Key specifications

• Connector type: ST to ST (duplex)
• Fiber type: Multimode 50/125 µm
• OM class: OM3
• Length: 2 m
• Brand / MPN / EAN: InLine / 81502O / 4043718166923

How to use

Route the duplex fiber cable between the two ST-equipped ports, aligning and inserting each ST connector until the bayonet locks audibly. Ensure both ends are clean and free of dust before connection to prevent signal loss. Secure the cable along its run to avoid tight bends and maintain the minimum bend radius specified by the equipment or cable manufacturer.

Recommendations

Prior to installation, inspect and, if necessary, clean connector endfaces with appropriate fiber cleaning tools. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum radius and protect connectors with dust caps when not in use to preserve transmission performance.
