Cavo in fibra ottica EFB Elektronik O0321.40 40 m LC ST I-V(ZN) H arancione

The EFB Elektronik O0321.40 is a 40 m OM2 fibre optic cable with LC and ST connectors, designed for full duplex network links. Built to I‑V(ZN) H specifications and finished in orange for clear identification, this fibre jumper (patchcord) provides the short point‑to‑point connection between passive interfaces and active device ports required by structured cabling standards such as ISO/IEC 11801.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable combines OM2 multimode performance with industry‑standard LC and ST terminations to ensure compatibility with a wide range of network equipment. The 40 m length supports flexible placement of devices without additional splicing, while the orange outer sheath provides standard multimode colour coding for easy identification. The cable is intended for reliable short‑reach full‑duplex transmission in structured cabling environments.

Suitable for

• Multimode optical links in data centres and server rooms
• Patch panels and active equipment interconnects using LC and ST ports
• Short‑reach backbone and horizontal cabling up to 40 m

How to use

Install the fibre jumper by connecting the LC connector to the LC‑type port and the ST connector to the ST‑type port on the corresponding equipment or patch panel. Ensure connectors are clean and undamaged before mating; follow standard fibre‑optic handling procedures to avoid bending below the minimum bend radius and to prevent contamination. Route the cable along cable management paths to avoid mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For best performance, clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before each connection, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling, and verify link performance after installation using suitable optical test equipment aligned with OM2 multimode characteristics.
