Cavo in fibra ottica EFB Elektronik O0360.7,5 7,5 m LC SC giallo

The EFB Elektronik O0360.7,5 is a 7.5 m singlemode OS2 fibre optic patch cable with LC connector on one end and SC connector on the other. The cable has a 9 µm core diameter and is designed for full duplex data transmission, providing low attenuation and stable optical performance for telecommunications, data centers and network interconnects. Its yellow jacket follows common colour coding for singlemode fibres to simplify identification and cable management in structured cabling systems.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable delivers predictable singlemode characteristics with low loss across standard telecom wavelengths. The LC connector offers a compact, high-density termination while the SC connector provides a robust push-pull interface suitable for many equipment panels. The 7.5 m length covers medium-distance patching needs within racks or between nearby distribution points, and the 9 µm core ensures compatibility with OS2 singlemode transceivers and equipment.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: Singlemode OS2
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connector A: LC (singlemode)
• Connector B: SC (singlemode)
• Core diameter: 9 µm
• Mode: Full duplex
• Jacket colour: Yellow

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for dust or debris before connecting; clean as necessary with an appropriate fibre cleaning tool. Align the LC and SC connectors with the corresponding ports on transceivers, patch panels or network switches and insert until secure. Ensure the cable is routed without sharp bends—maintain the manufacturer's minimum bend radius—to avoid signal loss. For full duplex links, verify both transmit and receive paths are connected correctly and perform end-to-end testing with an optical power meter or link tester if available.
