Cavo in fibra ottica InfiniBand Lanview LVO231380 10 m 2x SC giallo

The Lanview LVO231380 is a 10 m single-mode fibre optic cable with OS2 fiber and SC connectors at both ends. Designed for enterprise networks, server rooms, telecom closets and data center environments, this yellow patch cord supports full-duplex transmission for 1G/10G/40G/100G Ethernet links and provides visible identification in structured cabling installations. The cable uses LSZH jacket material and meets common industry standards for fiber jumper cables.

Advantages

This single mode SC–SC patch cord offers low attenuation and stable signal transmission over long distances, supporting up to 10 km at 1310 nm and up to 40 km at 1550 nm. The OS2 fiber with 9 µm core diameter is suitable for high-speed, long-reach applications. The yellow LSZH jacket improves route visibility while reducing toxic fumes in case of fire.

Suitable for

• Enterprise network backbone and campus links
• Telecom rooms and patch panels
• Server farms and data center interconnects
• Cloud storage and high-speed Ethernet connections (1G/10G/40G/100G)

• Fiber type: Single-mode OS2 (9 µm core)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: 2x SC to 2x SC (full duplex)
• Colour: Yellow
• Jacket: LSZH
• Typical reach: up to 10 km at 1310 nm; up to 40 km at 1550 nm
• Weight: 0.112 kg

How to use

Uncoil the 10 m SC–SC patch cord and route it through cable management to the required patch panels or transceivers. Insert each SC connector into the corresponding SC adapter or transceiver port until it clicks. Ensure connectors and ports are clean before mating to maintain low attenuation; use a fiber inspection tool or cleaning kit if available. Avoid tight bends and secure the cable to avoid strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Keep spare protective caps on SC connectors when not in use, follow bend radius specifications for single-mode fiber, and perform connector cleaning and inspection regularly to ensure optimal long-distance performance.
