Cavo in fibra ottica InfiniBand Lanview LVO231396 2 m SC giallo

The Lanview LVO231396 is a 2 m OS2 single-mode fibre optic cable with an SC connector and a 9 µm core diameter. Designed for telecommunication and data communication installations, this yellow patch cable provides reliable high-speed data transmission and clear visual identification in network setups.

Advantages

The cable includes a ceramic zirconia ferrule in the SC connector for stable optical alignment and low insertion loss. Its OS2 single-mode construction supports long-distance, high-speed links. The 2 m length and bright yellow sheath make routing and identification in racks and cable runs straightforward.

Suitable for

• Telecommunication backbone and distribution panels
• Data centre and server room interconnects
• High-speed network links and optical patching
• Fiber-to-the-desk or fiber-to-the-equipment connections

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces before installation and clean if necessary. Plug the SC connector into the matching SC adapter or transceiver until it clicks into place. Route the 2 m cable to avoid sharp bends and strain; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for single-mode fibre to preserve link performance.

Recommendations

Store and handle the fibre cable in a clean environment, use appropriate fibre cleaning tools for the SC ceramic ferrule, and avoid excessive bending or pulling to ensure optimal optical performance and longevity.
