Cavo in fibra ottica InfiniBand Lanview LVO231477 1 m 2x LC 2x SC acqua

The Lanview LVO231477 is a 1 m OM3 multimode bend-insensitive fibre optic patch cable with 2x LC and 2x SC connectors and a 50/125 µm core profile. Designed for full-duplex data links, this aqua-coloured cable supports 10G SR, 10G LRM and other SFP+ transceivers used in 10G/40G/100G Ethernet networks, and is manufactured from LSZH material that conforms to relevant industry standards.

Advantages

The OM3 50/125 µm multimode construction reduces attenuation when the cable is bent or twisted compared with traditional fibres, improving installation flexibility and long-term stability. Using LSZH jacket material lowers smoke and toxic gas emission in case of fire. The combination of LC and SC terminations provides compatibility with equipment using either connector type, allowing easy integration into mixed cabling environments.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• 10G Ethernet short-reach connections (10GBASE-SR)
• Connections using SFP+ and other multimode transceivers
• Patch panels and rack-to-rack links in data centres
• Equipment requiring LC and SC connector interfaces

How to use

Identify the appropriate LC and SC ports on your networking equipment or patch panel and insert the matching connectors until they latch. Ensure fibre connectors and adapters are clean before mating to avoid signal loss. Route the cable with gentle bends, following minimum bend-radius guidelines for multimode fibre to maintain low attenuation. For duplex operation ensure correct orientation of transmit and receive pairs.

Recommendations

For best performance, clean connectors with a fibre-cleaning tool before installation, avoid tight bends and mechanical stress, and use this OM3 cable for short- to medium-reach multimode links such as 10GBASE-SR with compatible SFP+ transceivers.
