Cavo modulare per telefono ShiverPeaks 70095-W con connettore Western 6/4 (RJ11)

Modular telephone cable ShiverPeaks 70095-W with 6/4 Western (RJ11) connector is a ready-made connection lead designed for use with analog telephones, fax machines and modems on plain old telephone service (POTS) lines. The cable is fitted with pre-crimped 6/4 Western plugs at both ends and features color-coded wiring to ensure correct pin-to-pin connectivity. With a length of 15.0 m and a white jacket, this lead provides a straightforward solution for extending or relocating voice and low-speed data connections in home or small office environments.

Advantages

The ShiverPeaks telephone cable offers plug-and-play convenience through factory-terminated RJ11-style connectors and standardized color coding for simple installation without special tools. Its 15.0 m length enables flexible placement of telephone equipment while maintaining reliable signal transmission suitable for analog voice and low-speed data. The white outer jacket provides a neutral appearance and basic mechanical protection for everyday residential and office use.

Suitable for

• Connecting landline telephones to wall sockets
• Linking fax machines or analog modems to POTS lines
• Extending telephone line reaches within homes or small offices
• Temporary or permanent voice connection installations where RJ11/6P4C compatibility is required

Key specifications

• Connector type: 6/4 Western (RJ11-compatible) plugs at both ends
• Cable length: 15.0 meters
• Wiring: 4-conductor color-coded pair wiring for standard telephone pinout
• Jacket color: white
• Intended signals: analog voice and low-speed data on POTS lines

How to use

Insert the 6/4 Western plug into the telephone wall socket and the opposite plug into the handset, base unit, fax machine or modem input. Ensure the plugs are fully seated until they click to secure mechanical and electrical contact. If connecting equipment that uses only the middle pair, align the cable so the center two wires correspond to the device’s tip and ring contacts. Avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from high-voltage lines or heavy electrical equipment to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from power cables and fluorescent lighting to minimize hum or interference. Inspect plugs periodically for damage and replace the cable if the jacket or connector shows wear. Use this cable where standard RJ11/6P4C compatibility is required; it is not suitable for Ethernet or high-speed digital services.
