Cavo patch in fibra ottica DIGITUS, LC su LC multimodale 50/125 µ, duplex lunghezza 2m classe OM3

FO patch cord, duplex LC to LC, multimode OM3 (50/125 µm), length 2 m. This duplex fiber optic patch cable features LC connectors on both ends and is designed for high-speed multimode network connections, compatible with OM3 standards for improved bandwidth and reduced modal dispersion.

Advantages

The LC to LC duplex configuration ensures reliable bidirectional connections in tight spaces. OM3 multimode fiber provides enhanced performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other high-bandwidth applications. A 2 m length offers flexibility for short to medium patching runs while maintaining signal integrity.

Key specifications

• Type: Duplex patch cord
• Connector: LC to LC
• Fiber mode: Multimode (MM)
• OM class: OM3
• Core/cladding: 50/125 µm
• Length: 2 m

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for dust or damage before installation. Align the LC connectors with the corresponding LC ports and insert until they click. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends (maintain minimum bend radius) and secure it to prevent strain. For duplex operation, ensure correct polarity by matching Transmit and Receive pairs on both ends.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep connectors clean using appropriate fiber cleaning tools and avoid bending the cable beyond the manufacturer’s specified minimum radius. Use in environments and equipment that support OM3 multimode fiber for optimal results.
