Cavo patch Kabelmeister Cat.7 S/FTP, TPE senza alogeni, rosso, 10m

In a busy office, a network administrator needs a reliable cable to connect a workstation to a 10-Gigabit switch without worrying about interference or cable stiffness. This red 10-meter Cat.7 patch cable from Kabelmeister delivers exactly that: high-speed connectivity with a flexible, halogen-free jacket that is easy to route even in tight spaces. The S/FTP shielding (PIMF) ensures excellent protection against crosstalk and external noise, making it ideal for demanding network environments.

Why choose it

The TPE jacket is not only halogen-free but also highly flexible, making it easier to install in cable ducts or behind desks. The S/FTP shielding provides superior protection against electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable connections even in electrically noisy environments. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain reliable signal integrity over time. The red colour allows for easy identification in complex cabling setups.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting computers to 10-Gigabit switches in office networks
• Data centres and server rooms requiring high-speed, interference-free links
• Professional AV and broadcast installations where signal integrity is critical
• Home offices and gaming setups needing reliable, high-bandwidth connections

Good to know

This cable is built to meet Cat.7 standards, supporting frequencies up to 600 MHz and 10GBASE-T Ethernet. The halogen-free TPE jacket reduces toxic smoke emissions in case of fire, making it safer for enclosed spaces. The stranded copper conductors offer a good balance of flexibility and performance, suitable for frequent reconnections. With a length of 10 meters, it provides ample reach for most workstation and rack setups.
