Cavo PV PowerStation ShiverPeaks 1,5 m PV4 S/CONN di ShiverPeaks

PV PowerStation Cable ShiverPeaks 1.5 m PV4 S/CONN by ShiverPeaks is a 1.5‑metre photovoltaic connection lead with PV4‑type connectors and an S/CONN interface. It is intended to provide a short, robust DC link between PV modules, inverters or portable power stations where a standardized PV4 connection is required. The cable offers a compact solution for close‑range connections in solar arrays, portable PV power systems and test setups.

Advantages

The cable combines a PV4 connector standard with an S/CONN interface to ensure compatibility with a range of ShiverPeaks and third‑party devices. Its 1.5 m length minimizes voltage drop and clutter in short runs while providing enough reach for module-to-inverter or module-to-power station connections. The assembly is designed for outdoor photovoltaic use, offering reliable DC conductivity and mechanical robustness for routine installation and maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Connecting PV modules to inverters or portable power stations over short distances
• Portable solar power systems and field test setups
• Replacement or extension of existing PV4 cabling in compact installations

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector type: PV4 on cable ends with S/CONN interface
• Intended use: DC photovoltaic connections
• Design: short, robust lead for close‑range PV interconnection

How to use

Inspect both connector ends and mating sockets before connecting to ensure cleanliness and undamaged seals. Align and insert the PV4 connectors into compatible sockets on PV modules, inverters or power stations until a secure mechanical engagement is felt. Avoid sharp bends near the connector terminations and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connector interfaces. Disconnect by releasing the connector locking mechanism and pulling straight out to avoid damage.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable in applications within the rated DC voltage and current limits of your PV system and follow manufacturer instructions for connector mating. Regularly inspect connectors for contamination, moisture ingress or wear, and replace the cable if mechanical damage or significant insulation abrasion is observed.
