Cavo SATA DeLOCK 84247 0,3 m rosso

The DeLOCK SATA Cable 84247 is a 0.3 m red SATA II cable designed to connect SATA devices such as hard drives, SSDs, optical drives and SATA controllers. It supports data transfer rates up to 3 Gbps and is suited for use in compact PC builds or upgrades where a short, reliable connection is required.

Advantages

This SATA cable offers a compact 0.3 m length that reduces cable clutter in tight spaces and helps maintain good airflow. The SATA II specification ensures compatible and stable data transfers up to 3 Gbps, and the standardized connectors deliver a secure physical connection for internal storage and optical devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal SATA hard drives (HDD) and solid-state drives (SSD)
• Hooking up internal optical drives (DVD/Blu-ray)
• Connecting SATA controllers or expansion cards to drives
• Compact or small-form-factor PC builds and tight installation spaces

Key specifications

• Cable type: SATA II
• Cable length: 0.3 m
• Maximum data transfer rate: 3 Gbps
• Color: Red
• Brand: DELOCK
• MPN: 84247
• EAN: 4016032152712

How to use

Power down the computer and open the case. Align and insert one SATA connector into the SATA port on the drive and the other end into the motherboard or controller SATA port. Ensure the connectors are fully seated and secure any routing to avoid straining the cable. Reassemble the case and power on the system; the connected device should be recognized by the BIOS/operating system.

Recommendations

Use the 0.3 m cable for short internal connections to minimize excess cable length. Avoid sharp bends near the connectors, and route the cable away from high-temperature components. For higher transfer speeds or future-proofing, consider using a SATA III cable if your devices and controller support 6 Gbps.
