Cavo SATA maschio/maschio DeLOCK 82819 0,2 m giallo

The DeLOCK SATA cable (model 82819) is a 0.2 m male-to-male internal cable designed to connect SATA devices such as HDDs, SSDs, controllers or flash memory inside a PC. The cable supports the SATA III standard and is backward compatible with earlier SATA generations. Its yellow colour and short length make it suitable for use in compact systems and easy to identify within a case.

Advantages

This SATA cable supports data transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s and implements metal clip latches on the connector for a secure fit. The male-to-male design and compact 0.2 m length reduce cable clutter in small enclosures while preserving full SATA III compatibility. Backward compatibility ensures it functions with older SATA devices at their native speeds.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal HDDs and SSDs to motherboard or controller card
• Short tray or small form-factor PC builds
• Replacing or upgrading internal SATA connections in desktop systems

Key specifications

• Model: DeLOCK 82819
• Connector: SATA male – SATA male
• Standard: SATA III (6 Gb/s), backward compatible with SATA II/SATA I
• Cable length: 0.2 m
• Colour: Yellow
• EAN: 4043619828197

How to use

Align each SATA connector with the corresponding SATA port on the device and motherboard or controller, then push until the metal clip secures the connection. Use the 0.2 m length to route the cable inside compact cases where a longer cable would create excess slack. Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting or disconnecting the cable to avoid data corruption or hardware damage.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use this cable for short internal connections only; avoid bending it sharply near the connectors and keep it away from high-heat components. When connecting older SATA devices, expect transfer rates limited to the device’s supported SATA generation.
