Cavo shiverpeaks BASIC-S RJ45 - RJ45 0,5 m arancione

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S RJ45 - RJ45 cable is a 0.5 metre patch cable designed for connecting network devices using standard 8P8C (RJ45) connectors. With high-quality molded plugs and a bright orange jacket, this cable provides a compact, visible connection option for home and office Ethernet setups where short interconnects are required.

Advantages

This 0.5 m cable offers a short, manageable length that reduces excess cable clutter and signal reflections in close-proximity connections. The molded RJ45 connectors improve contact reliability and strain relief at the ends, and the coloured outer jacket simplifies cable identification in dense cabling environments. The cable is suitable for repeated plug/unplug cycles and maintains consistent data transmission for typical Ethernet applications.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer, switch, router or access point over short distances
• Patch connections in home network cabinets or office racks
• Temporary or permanent links where visible, colour-coded cabling is preferred

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ45 (8P8C) to RJ45 (8P8C)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Outer colour: Orange
• Cable category: suitable for Ethernet patching (category unspecified)
• Construction: molded connector ends with strain relief

How to use

Insert each RJ45 plug into the corresponding Ethernet port on the devices to be connected until the connector latch clicks into place. Ensure ports are powered and network interfaces are configured as required by your devices. For best results, avoid tight bends near the connectors and do not subject the cable to sharp kinks or excessive tensile force.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m ShiverPeaks BASIC-S RJ45 patch cable for short, visible connections where cable identification and reduction of slack are important. Avoid installing the cable in outdoor or permanently exposed environments unless additional protection is provided.
