Cavo telefonico ShiverPeaks 76840-100 2x2x0,6 mm per installazione sottotraccia

ShiverPeaks 76840-100 telephone cable is a fixed-installation in-wall cable with two twisted pairs (2x2) and a conductor diameter of 0.6 mm. It is intended for low-voltage telephony and data wiring in residential and office environments. The cable's construction with two pairs supports both analog and digital voice signals and basic data transmission over short to moderate distances inside buildings.

Advantages

This telephone cable is designed for concealed installation within walls and follows standard two-pair wiring conventions suitable for common telephone and low-speed data applications. The 0.6 mm conductor diameter provides reliable contact with standard terminal blocks and connection modules. Its compact, four-conductor design simplifies routing in tight conduits and switch boxes while maintaining signal integrity for typical voice and low-bandwidth data uses.

Suitable for

• Internal telephone extensions in homes and small offices
• Wiring analog and digital voice systems
• Low-voltage data links for sensors or intercoms
• Concealed in-wall installation and fixed wiring runs

Key specifications

• Conductor layout: two twisted pairs (4 conductors)
• Conductor diameter: 0.6 mm
• Intended use: in-wall fixed installation for low-voltage telephony and data
• Color: jacket in standard grey for easy identification

How to use

Install the ShiverPeaks telephone cable within wall cavities following local electrical and building codes for low-voltage wiring. Route the cable between connection points and secure it with appropriate clips or ties; avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling tension to preserve conductor integrity. Strip the jacket and pair insulation at termination points and connect each conductor to the corresponding terminals of telephone sockets, patch panels, or distribution blocks. Test voice and data links after termination to verify continuity and correct pair assignment.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this cable for short to moderate in-building runs and avoid proximity to high-voltage power cables or strong electromagnetic sources. When longer or higher-bandwidth data transmission is required, consider cabling designed for networking standards. Follow local installation standards for fire safety and concealment of low-voltage cabling.
