Cavo USB ShiverPeaks BS13-48156 1,5 m USB4 Gen 2x2 20000 Mbit/s

The ShiverPeaks BS13-48156 is a 1.5 m USB cable with USB4 Gen 2x2 capability, designed to provide up to 20000 Mbit/s data transfer over USB-C to USB-C connections. The cable supports modern device interoperability and high throughput for file transfers, video streams and device tethering. Its reversible USB‑C connectors simplify insertion and reduce connection time while the 1.5 m length offers a balance between reach and cable management.

Advantages

This USB4 Gen 2x2 cable delivers high data transfer rates suitable for large file movement and high-resolution video transmission. The USB‑C to USB‑C connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of laptops, tablets, smartphones and peripherals that implement USB4 or USB-C ports. The 1.5 m length provides convenient working distance without excessive slack, and the cable construction is optimized for stable data throughput and reduced signal degradation at high speeds.

Suitable for

• High-speed file synchronization between USB4/USB-C devices
• Connecting external storage and backup solutions
• Transferring video and high-bandwidth media streams
• Direct device-to-device data transfer and tethering
• Workstation setups requiring reliable USB-C connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Interface standard: USB4 Gen 2x2
• Maximum data transfer rate: 20000 Mbit/s
• Connector type (each end): USB-C

How to use

Connect one USB-C end to a host device and the other end to a compatible peripheral or another host with a USB-C port that supports USB4 or USB-C connectivity. Ensure both connected devices support the required USB4 or USB-C features for maximum transfer speeds. Handle the cable by the connector housings when plugging or unplugging, and avoid bending the cable sharply near the ends to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable performance at the specified 20000 Mbit/s rate, use the cable with devices and ports that explicitly support USB4 Gen 2x2 or equivalent high-speed USB-C standards. Keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference and avoid tight coils during active high-bandwidth transfers.
