DSIT CAT6 cavo di rete, U/UTP, 50 metri, arancione, 100% rame (DC-66-500)

Running a new network drop in an office or upgrading a home setup? This 50-meter CAT6 cable gives you a full reel of solid copper performance for clean, reliable gigabit links. It's unshielded (U/UTP) but built to spec, so it handles everyday noise without the extra bulk of shielding—perfect for structured cabling where you pull multiple runs through walls, conduits, or cable trays.

Key specifications

• Cable type: CAT6 U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Length: 50 meters
• Colour: Orange
• Conductor material: 100% copper (solid)
• Wire gauge: AWG 23
• Bandwidth: 250 MHz
• Data rate: up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T)
• Jacket: PVC
• Compliance: TIA/EIA-568-C.2
• Packaging: reel/box

Why choose it

Solid copper conductors give you better conductivity and less resistance than copper-clad aluminium (CCA), so you get stable PoE delivery and fewer errors over long runs. The 250 MHz bandwidth supports 10GBASE-T up to 55 meters, and for standard Gigabit Ethernet it works up to the full 100-meter channel length. No connectors are pre-attached, so you can terminate exactly as your installation requires—keystone jacks, patch panels, or RJ45 plugs.

Ideal use cases

• Pulling permanent network runs in offices, schools, or retail spaces
• Wiring IP cameras, access points, or PoE devices
• Building a structured cabling system from scratch
• Replacing old Cat5e runs with higher headroom

Good to know

The orange PVC jacket is easy to identify in crowded cable trays and meets standard fire safety requirements for indoor use. Because it's unshielded, keep it away from heavy electrical interference—but for most office and home environments, it's a cost-effective, high-performance choice. The reel keeps the cable tangle-free during pulls, and the solid core holds its shape when punched down.
