CHERRY G84-4100 tastiera universale USB AZERTY francese grigio

The CHERRY G84-4100 Universal USB AZERTY French Grey is a compact mini keyboard with a wired USB interface and an AZERTY layout designed for French-language input. Featuring 86 keys and a 1.75 m cable, this grey keyboard offers a space-saving footprint suitable for environments where desk space is limited. Its wired connection provides a stable, low-latency link to desktop PCs, slim-line systems and portable workstations, and it can be combined with CHERRY numeric modules for extended functionality.

Advantages

The compact form factor reduces clutter and fits into constrained workspaces while preserving all essential keys in an AZERTY arrangement. A robust USB wired connection ensures consistent communication without the need for batteries or wireless pairing. The neutral grey finish integrates into a variety of professional settings, and the mini design makes the keyboard lighter and easier to install in 19-inch applications or slim-line systems.

How to use

Connect the keyboard to any available USB port on a compatible PC or slim-line system; the operating system will typically recognise the device automatically and enable the AZERTY French layout. Position the keyboard to make best use of the limited desk area, and, if numeric data entry is required, consider adding a compatible numeric block for an extended numeric keypad. No drivers are normally required for basic functionality, but consult your system documentation if specific driver support is needed for advanced features.

Recommendations

For durable operation in professional environments, avoid exposing the keyboard to liquids and clean the surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Use the 1.75 m cable to route the connection neatly behind monitors or through cable management channels. When intensive numeric entry is needed, pair the keyboard with a CHERRY numeric module to maintain compactness while restoring a full numeric keypad.
