Chiavi L-TORX Wera 967/9 TX BO

The Wera 967/9 TX BO is a set of nine L-shaped TORX® keys with bore hole (BO), covering sizes TX8 to TX40. Each key has a thermoplastic sleeve made of easy-to-grip circular material that improves handling and keeps fingers comfortable even at low temperatures. Colour coding and size markings make it simple to identify and select the right key, while a wear-resistant clip provides secure storage and easy removal.

Advantages

Thermoplastic sleeves deliver improved grip and comfort; colour coding and clear size markings speed up selection; wear-resistant clip material secures the set for organized storage and quick access; L-shape design provides leverage for TORX® and TORX® BO fasteners.

How to use

Select the appropriately sized TX key using the colour coding and size markings. Insert the TORX® BO tip into the fastener, ensuring the central hole engages with the fastener’s pin if present. Apply steady torque using the L-shape for leverage; use the long arm for reach and the short arm for higher torque. After use, store the keys on the wear-resistant clip to keep the set organized and protected.

Recommendations

Use the correct TX size to avoid fastener damage. Do not apply impact force or use keys as pry bars. Keep the thermoplastic sleeves clean and inspect the tips for wear; replace any key showing signs of deformation to maintain safe and effective operation.
