Cimco 141630 sistema di infilaggio cavi in fibra ottica 30 m con terminali M5

Running cables through conduits, ducts, or empty pipes can be a time-consuming and frustrating task, especially when dealing with tight bends, long distances, or non-conductive pathways. The Cimco 141630 fiberglass cable pulling rod system is engineered to streamline this process, offering a robust and flexible solution for professional electricians and installers. With a 30-meter rod made from high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP), this system glides smoothly through conduits, pulling cables with minimal effort and maximum control.

Who is it for

This cable pulling rod system is ideal for electricians, network installers, and maintenance technicians who regularly route cables through conduits, pipes, or false ceilings. It is particularly valuable in environments where electrical insulation is critical, as the fully non-conductive fiberglass rod eliminates any risk of short circuits or electrical hazards. Whether you are working on new installations, retrofitting existing infrastructure, or performing repairs, this tool set provides the reliability and versatility needed for a wide range of cable pulling tasks.

Main features

• 30-meter fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP) rod with a diameter of 4.5 mm, offering an optimal balance of flexibility and rigidity.
• High tensile strength with a maximum load capacity of 1.5 kN (approximately 150 kg), ensuring durability under demanding conditions.
• M5 threaded ends compatible with the included pulling eye and swivel pulling eye, allowing for secure attachment to cables or additional pulling aids.
• Impact-resistant plastic cassette with integrated brake, providing controlled rod release and preventing tangling during use and storage.
• Fully non-conductive rod, making it safe for use near live electrical circuits and in sensitive environments.
• Smooth, low-friction surface that facilitates easy gliding through conduits and reduces wear on both the rod and the conduit.
• High flexibility to navigate tight bends and corners without kinking or breaking, ensuring reliable performance in complex routing scenarios.
• Corrosion-resistant construction, suitable for use in damp or corrosive environments.
• Ergonomic cassette design for comfortable handling and tangle-free storage, with a compact footprint for easy transport.

Tips

To maximize the lifespan of your fiberglass rod, always retract it slowly and evenly, avoiding sharp bends or excessive force. When attaching cables, use the swivel pulling eye to prevent twisting and tangling during the pull. After use, wipe the rod clean and store it in the cassette with the brake engaged to keep it tangle-free and ready for the next job.
