Confezione dischi abrasivi Bosch 2608902451, Ø150 mm, 50 pz.

Pack of 50 sanding discs Bosch 2608902451, Ø150 mm, intended for use with orbital and rotary sanders that accept 150 mm discs. The set supplies a series of replaceable abrasive discs for sanding wood, removing old paint or varnish, and preparing surfaces prior to finishing. With fifty discs in the pack, it reduces downtime for frequent disc changes in workshops and renovation jobs where consistent abrasive performance is required.

Advantages

These sanding discs deliver uniform abrasion and consistent grit performance across multiple workpieces. The 150 mm diameter provides a broad contact area for efficient material removal while maintaining control on flat and slightly contoured surfaces. The pack quantity ensures spare discs are available during longer jobs, and compatibility with standard 150 mm sanders simplifies inventory and tool setup.

Suitable for

• Sanding and leveling wooden surfaces
• Paint and varnish removal
• Surface preparation before priming or coating
• General workshop and renovation sanding tasks

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Quantity: 50 discs per pack
• Compatible tool types: orbital and rotary sanders that accept 150 mm discs
• Intended materials: wood, painted and varnished surfaces, general substrate smoothing

How to use

Fit a 150 mm disc to a compatible orbital or rotary sander following the tool manufacturer's attachment instructions. Begin sanding with moderate pressure and consistent strokes, allowing the abrasive to remove material without forcing the tool. Replace discs when abrasive efficiency decreases or when the surface finish requires a finer grit. Observe typical workshop safety practices including eye protection and dust extraction or a dust mask.

Recommendations

For optimal results, match disc grit to the task: coarser grits for rapid material removal and finer grits for final smoothing. Use dust extraction where possible and change discs regularly to maintain consistent surface quality.
