Connettore coassiale maschio tipo F ShiverPeaks BS15-301814

The ShiverPeaks BS15-301814 F-type coaxial connectors are compact, metal connectors engineered for reliable RF signal transmission in home and professional AV setups. Supplied in a pack of 10, each connector has F-type terminations on both ends to join coaxial cables or to terminate cable ends for television, satellite and broadband installations. The connectors are intended to provide a stable mechanical and electrical connection that reduces signal loss and helps maintain picture and sound quality across coaxial runs.

Advantages

These F-type connectors offer consistent impedance matching for 75 Ω coaxial systems, a threaded mechanical coupling for secure attachment, and a corrosion-resistant finish for longer service life. Their compact form factor allows use in tight spaces, and the simple screw-on design enables fast installation without specialized tooling. The pack of 10 ensures multiple terminations or spare parts for larger projects.

Suitable for

• Connecting coaxial cables in home theater and TV systems
• Satellite dish cable terminations and joins
• Cable modem and broadband coax connections
• Replacement or spare connectors for installation and maintenance

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type (female/male compatibility via threaded interface)
• Impedance: 75 ohm
• Material: metal body with corrosion-resistant finish
• Pack quantity: 10 connectors
• Mounting method: screw-on/threaded coupling

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, exposing the braided shield and dielectric to the recommended dimensions for an F-type connector. Slide the connector onto the cable end and engage the threaded coupling until firm; ensure the central conductor protrudes correctly for reliable contact. For joining two cables, terminate each end then screw the connectors together or use a connector type designed for inline coupling. Check the physical fit and, after installation, verify signal levels with the appropriate test equipment if available.

Recommendations

Use these connectors with standard 75 Ω coaxial cables (RG-6, RG-59 where applicable) and avoid overtightening the threaded coupling to prevent damage to the cable conductor or connector body. For outdoor or exposed installations, consider additional weatherproofing such as sealing tape or protective boots to prevent moisture ingress and corrosion.
