Connettore di rete ShiverPeaks 75011-4 Cat. 6 connettore RJ45 senza attrezzi, 8P8C

The ShiverPeaks Network Plug 75011-4 is a tool-less RJ45 connector for Cat. 6 cables, designed for quick on-site terminations and repairs. This 8P8C plug accepts both solid and stranded Cat 6 conductors and supports reliable Ethernet connectivity up to 1 Gbps. Its tool-free design simplifies making patch cables or restoring links in offices and network closets without the need for crimping tools.

Advantages

The connector features a tool-less insertion mechanism that reduces installation time and lowers the need for specialised equipment. A built-in strain relief protects the cable exit and maintains contact stability, while the contact geometry ensures consistent electrical performance for Cat 6 frequencies. The plug is suitable for quick repairs and custom-length assemblies where convenient, repeatable terminations are required.

Suitable for

• On-site patch cable assembly and repairs
• Creating custom-length Cat. 6 Ethernet cables
• Small office and home network installations
• Data closet and patch panel maintenance

Key specifications

• Connector type: 8P8C (RJ45) tool-less plug
• Category: Cat. 6
• Cable compatibility: solid and stranded conductors
• Maximum supported speed: up to 1 Gbps over appropriate cabling
• Strain relief: integrated, angled exit for reduced bending stress
• Packaging: set of 4 plugs

How to use

Prepare the Cat. 6 cable by stripping the outer jacket to the recommended length and arranging the conductors according to the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Insert the individual conductors into the plug channels until fully seated, ensuring correct order and full contact engagement. Close the housing as instructed by the plug design to secure the contacts and engage the integrated strain relief. After assembly, test the terminated cable with a network tester to verify continuity and pair integrity.

Recommendations

For best results, use Cat. 6-rated cable of appropriate diameter and maintain correct conductor order. Avoid reusing plugs that show visible contact wear or damage. Verify each assembled cable with a cable tester to ensure reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance.
