Connettore F ShiverPeaks 85010-R-SET25, connettore a vite, set da 25 pezzi

F-connector ShiverPeaks 85010-R-SET25 is a set of 25 threaded F-type coaxial cable connectors with a large nut design, intended for reliable RF signal connections in satellite, TV and broadband installations. The connectors are designed to provide a secure mechanical coupling and consistent electrical contact for terminating antenna leads, set-top boxes and modems in domestic and commercial environments.

Advantages

The large nut design ensures easier tightening and improved mechanical grip compared with standard F-connectors, facilitating secure connections in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. Threaded coupling provides stable impedance continuity and reduces the risk of signal loss from loose fittings. The set format of 25 connectors supplies enough components for multi-room or multi-point installations, repair jobs and professional cable work.

Suitable for

• Connecting satellite dishes to receivers
• Terminating coaxial cables for TV distribution
• Wiring cable modems and broadband routers
• Multi-room home or office installations
• Field service, maintenance and repair tasks

Key specifications

• Connector type: threaded F-type with large nut
• Pack quantity: 25 connectors
• Compatible cable: standard coaxial cables (e.g., RG6/RG59 depending on application)
• Contact method: center conductor seating and threaded outer coupling for mechanical and electrical contact
• Intended use: RF/satellite/TV/broadband terminations

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the appropriate lengths required by this style of F-connector. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable so that the center conductor is seated in the contact path and the braid makes consistent contact with the connector body. Tighten the large nut by hand and, if necessary, finish with a torque tool or suitable wrench to ensure a firm mechanical fit without deforming the cable. Re-check the connection visually and with test equipment where precise signal levels are required.

Recommendations

For best RF performance, use connectors that match the cable type and maintain correct stripping dimensions; avoid over-tightening which can damage the conductor or connector body. When installing multiple terminations, verify signal levels after each connection and use corrosion-resistant practices in outdoor or damp environments.
