Connettore rapido di carico EUROLITE B-200, portata 200 kg, modello 50301640

EUROLITE B-200 quick link model 50301640 is a load-bearing connector rated for 200 kg. Designed for joining chains, ropes and rigging hardware in stage, lighting and temporary suspension applications, it provides a compact threaded closure that enables secure, repeatable connections for semi-permanent or temporary setups. The unit is intended for use where a reliable mechanical link is needed between components in entertainment and event rigs.

Advantages

The threaded closure of the EUROLITE B-200 ensures a secure connection that resists accidental opening while allowing relatively fast assembly and disassembly. Its compact design reduces bulk on rigging points and simplifies handling when attaching chains, wire ropes or other hardware. The specified 200 kg load capacity gives a clear working limit for light to medium-duty suspended equipment in stage and lighting contexts.

How to use

Open the threaded sleeve by turning it counterclockwise, insert the chain, rope eye or hardware component into the quick link body, then close and tighten the sleeve by turning it clockwise until secure. Ensure the connection is fully threaded and the sleeve is seated to prevent accidental loosening. Use the quick link only within its rated 200 kg capacity and inspect threads and body for wear or deformation before each use.

Recommendations

Use the EUROLITE B-200 only for indicated light to medium-duty tasks and in accordance with established safety practices for lifting and suspension. Do not exceed the 200 kg rated load, avoid side loads or shock loading, and replace the connector if corrosion, thread damage or deformation is present. When used in critical suspension roles consult applicable safety standards and rigging guidelines.
