Connettore stereo 3,5 mm ShiverPeaks ad angolo, 3 poli

The ShiverPeaks 3.5 mm Stereo Plug Right Angle, 3 poles is a compact TRS audio connector designed for stereo signals (left, right, ground). Its right-angle housing reduces strain on cables and connectors, making it suitable for tight spaces and portable setups. The plug is compatible with standard 3.5 mm TRS jacks found on headphones, portable audio players, smartphones and many consumer audio devices, and is suitable for in-line cable repairs and custom cable assemblies.

Advantages

The right-angle form factor minimizes bending stress where the cable meets the connector, extending cable life and improving reliability in confined spaces. A three-pole stereo configuration ensures proper channel separation for left and right audio channels and a solid ground connection. Its compact design facilitates discreet installation and is convenient for portable equipment or thin enclosures. The connector is engineered for straightforward soldering or assembly in custom audio cables and repair tasks.

Suitable for

• Headphones and earphones with standard 3.5 mm TRS jacks
• Portable music players, smartphones and tablets with 3.5 mm audio outputs
• In-line cable repairs and DIY cable assemblies
• Audio equipment in tight spaces or rack-mounted systems where straight plugs cause clearance issues

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5 mm TRS (stereo, 3 poles)
• Orientation: right angle
• Contact configuration: tip (left), ring (right), sleeve (ground)
• Application: stereo audio connections for consumer devices and custom cables
• Design: compact housing to reduce cable stress and improve clearance

How to use

Strip the cable to expose the conductors, tin the wires and solder them to the corresponding terminals: tip for left channel, ring for right channel and sleeve for ground. Ensure correct orientation and secure the cable in the housing to prevent movement that could stress the solder joints. After assembly, verify continuity and correct channel wiring with an audio source and headphones or a multimeter before regular use.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use strain relief and maintain minimal cable bending at the connector. When performing repairs or custom assemblies, work in a well-lit area with appropriate soldering equipment and check polarity and channel mapping before finalizing the housing.
