Cornice in alluminio Franken BS1005 argento

The Franken BS1005 picture frame is constructed from durable aluminium with a matte silver finish, designed to present photos or artwork with a contemporary, understated look. The frame has a rectangular profile and comes as a single-piece pack. Its dimensions—100 mm width, 1110 mm depth and 100 mm height—make it suitable for long narrow displays or for use in horizontal or vertical arrangements depending on mounting orientation.

Advantages

The aluminium construction provides rigidity and resistance to warping while keeping the frame lightweight for easier handling and installation. The matte silver surface minimises reflections and complements a wide range of interior styles. The slim profile preserves focus on the image and supports clean, modern presentation without bulky borders.

Suitable for

• Displaying panoramic photographs or long-format prints
• Framing certificates, documents, or narrow artworks
• Gallery-style installations in homes, offices, or public spaces
• Horizontal or vertical mounting in hallways and corridors

How to use

Measure the artwork or photograph and confirm it fits within the frame dimensions. Remove the backing and any protective inserts, place the print centrally against the glazing or mounting area, then replace the backing and secure fasteners. For wall mounting, mark the desired position, use appropriate wall fixtures for the wall type and the frame weight, and hang the frame ensuring it is level. If trimming or matting is required, prepare the artwork to the correct size before insertion.

Recommendations

Handle the aluminium frame with care to avoid scratches on the matte surface. Use soft, lint-free cloths for cleaning and mild detergent if necessary. Avoid exposing the frame to prolonged direct sunlight or excessive humidity to maintain the finish and prevent any potential damage to framed materials.
