Dahua Technology PoE SG1010LP unmanaged L2 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) Power over Ethernet (PoE) nero

The Dahua Technology PoE SG1010LP Unmanaged L2 Gigabit Ethernet Switch provides 10 gigabit RJ-45 ports including 8 PoE ports and 2 uplink ports in a compact, plug-and-play design. With a maximum power consumption of 65 W and support for 8-pin PoE power delivery, the switch supplies power and data over the same cable while offering broad compatibility with IP cameras and other networked devices. Its all-gigabit ports and large buffer memory support high-definition video streams, and the device is rated for operation in temperatures from -10 °C to +55 °C with built-in surge protection for improved robustness in challenging environments.

Advantages

The unmanaged SG1010LP requires no configuration and is ready to use once powered, simplifying installation. Eight PoE ports support 8-pin simultaneous power supply to reduce cable loss and increase load capacity, improving compatibility with IPCs. All-gigabit ports and ample buffer memory enable reliable transmission of large data streams. Designed for reliable operation across a wide temperature range, the switch includes mine-proof/surge-reduction circuitry to lower the impact of electrical storms on the network.

Suitable for

• Small and medium-sized surveillance systems with PoE IP cameras
• Office networks requiring simple, unmanaged Gigabit connectivity
• Locations needing power-over-Ethernet for access points, VoIP phones, or IoT devices

How to use

Place the switch on a stable surface or mount it according to site requirements and connect the power adapter. Connect network devices to the RJ-45 ports using standard Ethernet cables; PoE-capable devices will receive power automatically from the PoE ports. Use the two uplink ports to connect to a router, NVR, or core switch for wider network access. No configuration is needed for basic use—the unit is plug-and-play.

Recommendations

Install the switch in a ventilated, dry location within the specified temperature range. Use quality Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher) to ensure full Gigabit and PoE performance. Verify total PoE power requirements of connected devices to avoid exceeding the 65 W maximum and distribute high-power devices across ports accordingly.
