In daily use

The Prima Matera pan excels in precision cooking: its copper body reacts instantly to temperature changes, allowing you to sear a steak at high heat, then reduce to a gentle simmer without carryover cooking. The stainless steel interior is ideal for deglazing, making pan sauces, and cooking acidic ingredients without metallic taste. The long cast stainless steel handle stays cool on the stovetop and provides a balanced, comfortable grip. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the copper's brilliance; regular polishing maintains its professional appearance.
