Delock 22141 canale passacavi 100 x 50 mm, 1 m, grigio, fessurato, PVC, UL94 V-0

The Delock 22141 wiring duct stands out with its generous 100 x 50 mm internal cross-section, providing ample space for high-density cable routing in control cabinets and industrial panels. Unlike standard narrow ducts, this slotted sidewall design allows easy cable entry and exit at any point along the 1-metre length, while the snap-on cover keeps bundles neatly concealed and protected. Crafted from robust grey PVC with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, it meets stringent safety requirements for electrical installations.

Highlights

• Large 100 mm width and 50 mm height accommodate thick cable bundles
• Slotted side walls with 6 mm slots and 8.5 mm pitch for flexible cable breakout
• Snap-on cover for quick access and secure closure
• Pre-punched mounting holes for fast screw installation
• Self-extinguishing PVC material (UL94 V-0) for enhanced fire safety
• Compliant with EN 50085-2-3 for wiring duct systems

In daily use

Installation is straightforward: fix the duct base to any flat surface using the pre-punched holes, route your cables through the open top, and press the cover into place. The slotted design permits cables to branch off at any point without cutting the duct, saving time during panel wiring. The grey colour blends seamlessly into most industrial environments, and the robust PVC construction resists everyday impacts and abrasion. With an operating temperature range of -5 °C to 60 °C, it performs reliably in typical indoor electrical enclosures.
