DELOCK Adattatore attivo DisplayPort 1.2 a HDMI 4K HDR, cavo monopezzo alimentato via USB

The DELOCK Active DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI Adapter 4K HDR is a single-piece, USB-powered cable designed to convert a DisplayPort 1.2 output into an HDMI signal. It enables connection of DP-equipped laptops or desktop PCs to HDMI displays, TVs or projectors while supporting high-resolution video and HDR functionality. The integrated active conversion preserves image fidelity when transmitting 4K content and provides a compact, single-cable solution for systems lacking a native HDMI output.

Advantages

This active adapter supports DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI conversion with HDMI output capable of up to 4K resolution and HDR, ensuring improved contrast and color for compatible displays. Being USB-powered, it does not rely on additional external power supplies and is supplied as a single-piece cable for straightforward plug-and-play use. The active electronics inside handle signal conversion to maintain stable video output across different host devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting a DisplayPort-equipped laptop to an HDMI monitor or TV
• Using a desktop PC with DP output to drive an HDMI projector for presentations
• Enabling 4K HDR playback from a computer to an HDR-capable TV
• Temporary or portable multi-screen setups where only DP output is available

Key specifications

• Input: DisplayPort 1.2 source compatibility
• Output: HDMI with support for 4K resolution and HDR
• Power: USB-powered via integrated USB connector
• Form factor: Single-piece active adapter cable
• Use case: Video signal conversion from DP to HDMI with active processing

How to use

Connect the adapter's DisplayPort plug to the DisplayPort output on your laptop or PC. Plug the HDMI connector into the HDMI input of your display device, TV or projector. Connect the USB power plug to an available USB port on the host device or to a USB power adapter if the host does not provide sufficient power. After connections are made, set the display input to the corresponding HDMI port and configure display resolution and HDR settings in your operating system or graphics driver as needed.

Recommendations

For best results, use with displays that explicitly support 4K resolution and HDR. Ensure the host's DisplayPort output and graphics drivers support DP 1.2 features; update drivers if necessary. If image or HDR does not appear, verify the USB power connection and test with an alternative USB power source. Avoid excessive bending of the cable near connector ends to maintain long-term reliability.
