DIGITUS Cavo patch in fibra ottica, SC su SC OS2, singlemode 09/125 µm, duplex, lunghezza 2 m

FO patch cord duplex SC to SC, single-mode OS2 9/125 µ, length 2 m. Designed for high-end network installations that require conformity to modern fiber standards and reliable optical performance, this SC–SC duplex cable provides low attenuation and stable connections for backbone and equipment links.

Advantages

The SC to SC duplex patch cord offers precise connector alignment and durable housing for repeated mating cycles. Using OS2 single-mode fiber ensures low loss over long distances and compatibility with standard telecom and datacom equipment. The 2 m length provides flexibility for short interconnects while maintaining neat cable management.

Key specifications

• Connector type: SC to SC duplex
• Fiber type: Single-mode (SM) OS2
• Core/cladding diameter: 9/125 µm
• Length: 2 m

How to use

Route the patch cord between compatible SC duplex ports on network equipment or patch panels, avoiding sharp bends and excessive pulling. Ensure connectors are clean before insertion to prevent signal degradation. Secure the cable to maintain strain relief and proper bend radius during operation.

Recommendations

For best performance, use with OS2-compliant transceivers and keep connector end-faces clean; store with dust caps when not in use. Choose appropriate lengths to minimize excess slack and preserve link integrity.
