Disco pulitore abrasivo Bosch Vliesscheibe 150 mm N880 per preparazione superfici

Bosch Vliesscheibe 150 mm N880 is an abrasive cleaning disc designed for surface preparation and light material removal. The 150 mm disc fits eccentric/sander machines accepting this diameter and is intended to remove rust, paint residues and oxidation while creating a more uniform surface finish on metal and other hard materials.

Advantages

The abrasive non-woven structure provides controlled material removal without deep scratches, while the N880 grade balances cutting action and surface blending. The disc is compatible with standard 150 mm eccentric sanders, offers consistent performance during refurbishment and pre-paint treatment, and reduces time spent on manual cleaning steps.

Suitable for

• Removal of rust and oxidation from metal surfaces
• Paint residue and coating preparation
• Surface blending and smoothing before painting or coating
• Maintenance and refurbishment of metal components

Key specifications

• Diameter: 150 mm
• Abrasive type: non-woven (flap/cleaning disc)
• Grade: N880
• Intended materials: metal and other hard substrates
• Pack quantity: 1 piece

How to use

Attach the 150 mm disc to an eccentric/sander compatible with 150 mm abrasives following the machine manufacturer's mounting instructions. Operate the sander at recommended speeds, apply light to moderate pressure, and move the tool evenly across the work surface to remove rust, paint residues or oxidation and achieve a uniform finish. Inspect the surface frequently and replace the disc when effectiveness decreases.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, gloves and a dust mask. Test on a small area first to confirm suitability for the material and desired finish.
