Dönges Expert Fire Knife 02DG001 Coltello da soccorso con rompi vetro e taglia cinture, nero

In the chaos of a vehicle accident, every second counts. Firefighters and emergency responders rely on the Dönges Expert Fire Knife to cut seatbelts, break glass, and clear debris with one hand—even while wearing heavy gloves. This rescue folder combines a partially serrated 440A stainless steel blade, a glass breaker, and a belt cutter in a rugged, black-coated package. The drop point blade stays sharp and resists corrosion, while the aluminium handle provides a secure grip in wet or smoky conditions. A liner lock keeps the blade firmly open during critical tasks, and the thumb stud allows quick one-hand opening. The pocket clip and lanyard hole offer convenient carry options on turnout gear or duty belts.

Why choose it

This knife is purpose-built for rescue and emergency services. The combination of a serrated edge for cutting seatbelts or rope, a glass breaker for vehicle extrication, and a belt cutter for quick access makes it an essential tool for firefighters, paramedics, and law enforcement. The one-hand opening and secure liner lock mean you can deploy it safely under stress. The aluminium handle is lightweight yet tough, and the black coating reduces glare and resists wear.

Ideal use cases

• Vehicle extrication: cut seatbelts, break side windows
• Rope and webbing cutting in rescue operations
• Everyday carry for emergency personnel on duty
• Outdoor and tactical applications requiring a robust folder

Good to know

The knife is easy to maintain: wipe the blade clean after use and apply a light oil to the pivot. The pocket clip can be repositioned for tip-up or tip-down carry. The lanyard hole allows attachment of a retention cord for extra security during high-risk operations.
