DSIT mensola 1U per montaggio rack 19" con guida DIN per dispositivi TS35, acciaio, nero

Integrating DIN rail components into a standard 19-inch server rack often requires improvisation and unstable mounting solutions. The DSIT DS-DIN-1 solves this by providing a dedicated 1U rack-mount shelf with a built-in TS35 (top hat) DIN rail, allowing you to securely install industrial control modules, circuit breakers, power supplies, and other DIN rail devices directly into your rack infrastructure.

Who is it for

This DIN rail tray is ideal for system integrators, IT administrators, and industrial engineers who need to mix DIN rail automation or power distribution equipment with standard 19-inch rack systems. It is equally suited for data centers, control rooms, and industrial enclosures where space is at a premium and reliable mounting is critical.

Main features

• 1U height and full 19-inch width for seamless integration into standard server racks.
• Pre-installed TS35 (top hat) DIN rail compliant with EN 60715, providing a universal mounting interface for a wide range of DIN rail devices.
• Durable steel construction with a black powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and long service life.

Tips

When selecting DIN rail devices, ensure their total width does not exceed the usable rail length. For high-density installations, consider using slim-profile modules to maximize the number of devices per tray. Always use the included cage nuts and screws or equivalent M6 hardware to maintain a secure rack mount.
